The Carillon at Grafton
Horizon Construction is serving as the general contractor for The Carillon at Grafton, a new multifamily residential community developed by Cirrus. Located at the northwest corner of Hunter’s Lane and Mountain Lane in Grafton, Wisconsin, the development consists of 10 wood-frame apartment buildings totaling 34 units.
Designed to meet the growing demand for quality housing in Ozaukee County, the project features thoughtfully designed apartment homes with contemporary finishes, durable exterior materials, and a neighborhood-focused site layout. This is Horizon Construction’s first partnership with Cirrus. The project broke ground in May 2026.
