The Tradition Townhomes

The Tradition Townhomes of Notre Dame project started on December 11, 2017.  We partnered with Cantinas 23 Development LLC with a budget of $4.5 to $4.6 million.

Each unit is completely different and customized to accommodate each of the nine buyers’ needs and wants.  The Townhomes are located directly across from the University of Notre Dame and are a great addition to the campus.

Community amenities at The Tradition Townhomes include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, and garages, while residents enjoy private entrances and vaulted ceilings within their individual apartments.
