The Tradition Townhomes

The Tradition Townhomes of Notre Dame project started on December 11, 2017. Horizon partnered with Cantinas 23 Development LLC, and the budget was $4.5 to $4.6 million.

Each unit is completely different and customized to accommodate the nine buyers’ needs and wants.  The Townhomes are located directly across from the University of Notre Dame and are a great addition to the campus.

Community amenities at The Tradition Townhomes include a fitness center, pool, clubhouse, and garages, while residents enjoy private entrances and vaulted ceilings within their apartments.
