The community is located at the SE corner of Weber Rd. and Veterans Pkwy on Lily Cache Ln., less than ten minutes west of downtown Bolingbrook. Continental Properties will be partnering with Horizon DBM as the general contractor. Horizon has completed eight Springs Apartments projects, four of which are located within the Chicagoland area.
